(“Blueroof 360”) operates several websites including blueroof360.com, and bluequb.com. It is Blueroof 360’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Blueroof 360 collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Blueroof 360’spurpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Blueroof 360’svisitors use its website. Refund Policy

Since Blueroof 360 is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is complete and the product has been in use for 30 days. User may cancel subscription based serviced with in 30 days of the purchase. There are no cancellations of online orders of custom design or semi custom design products. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on the blueroof360.com site or any sub-domain of blueroof360.com. However, there are cases when the refund can be issued: • Product was damaged or had irreparable defects, and we could not provide you with the complete working files; • Product was not as described on our website. Such issues should be reported to our Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. A fraudulent report may result in cancellation of card services, negative information on your credit report, even the possibility of criminal charges filed against you.
